In the event that UltraBrowse revokes your premium services, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining time from the date of revocation to the end of the subscription period.
All servers operated by UltraBrowse are subject to downtime at any time. We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. UltraBrowse is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to server downtime.
Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to abusive language, threats, or intimidation, directed towards UltraBrowse owners, employees, or other customers, is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may lead to legal action.
UltraBrowse reserves the right to revoke your paid services at its sole discretion. Grounds for revocation include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or any other actions deemed inappropriate by UltraBrowse. In cases of revocation without violation on your part, you will be eligible for a pro-rata refund as per our refund policy.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UltraBrowse, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Using UltraBrowse servers for any illegal activities, including but not limited to crimes or violations of applicable laws, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, pirating premium accounts or engaging in any form of account sharing is not allowed. Each premium account is for the exclusive use of one individual only.
Any violation of the rules outlined in these Terms will result in a permanent ban from UltraBrowse services. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against violators.
UltraBrowse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified 30 days prior to any changes taking effect. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
